Shipment & Returns
Shipping:
All orders are shipped from The Netherlands. Beforehand, we can’t provide you with the information of how long your shipments will take to be delivered to your doorstep. This is different with every country. When we send out your order, you will automatically receive an email from us with your track and trace code.
Holidays or busy periods like Christmas, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day or unforeseen circumstances may cause your package to be delayed.
Your order will be packed when your payment is received en will be shipped out with the next batch. We try to ship your order within 2 business days.
Potential custom fees are for the customer.
Return policy:
Is the product not what you expected? Then you will receive your purchase amount back.
When we receive your product back, and we’ve checked it, we will process the return and pay you the purchase amount back within 10 business days.
You can only send the product back if:
- They are in the original package
- The order is received no longer than 14 days ago
- There is no damage done
We won't compensate the shipping costs for the returns. These are for the customer.
Trade: Unfortunately, we can’t trade your product for another one. If you want to have another product, send your current product back to us by following the above return steps and order the other product in our webshop.
